Install the tanker process

First, the tanker and tank installation of the tanker

1. The single-machine pipeline of the tanker generally adopts a 1.5-inch galvanized pipe. The ends of the flange of the pipeline should be connected across the conductor. The entire tank and piping system should be in a good grounding state. After the pipeline is laid, it should pass the pressure test. Is there a leak?

The oil pipeline should have a slope of not less than 0.002. The tank snorkel has a diameter of not less than 1.5 inches and a height of not less than 4 meters. Try not to use right angle elbows at the bend of the pipeline.

The oil tank is buried in the tank. The top of the tank should be below 700mm from the ground, and the pipeline should be less than 500mm from the ground.

2. The angle of the oil pipeline should be as small as possible. The horizontal distance between the tanker and the underground tank should not exceed 50 meters. The vertical distance between the lowest surface of the tank and the oil inlet of the tanker should not exceed 5 meters. An oil-resistant gasket shall be added to the triangular valve between the inlet line and the suction pipe of the machine.

3. A 1.5-inch check valve (double-door bottom valve) should be installed at the bottom of the oil inlet pipe in the oil tank. The lower end of the check valve is about 12cm away from the bottom of the tank. The tank and check valve should be carefully cleaned before installing the check valve. Miscellaneous, and use oil to test the check valve sealing performance, so as to avoid check valve blockage and oil leakage when the machine is activated.

4. Do not use two oil pumps of two tankers or two guns and two oil dispensers to share a pipeline branch to avoid oil interference. If a tanker draws fuel from two or more tanks, the valve should be set up. Only the tank valve should be used during use. The valves of other tanks should be effectively closed.

5. The tanker is designed for outdoor installation and use of underground oil tanks. Therefore, the tanker should avoid the use of above-ground tanks and high-position tanks (the bottom of the tank is lower than the tanker pump and the upper part is higher than the tanker pump). If a ground tank or a high tank is used, the fuel dispenser exhaust pipe should be sealed to avoid oil discharge from the exhaust pipe.

Second, the power supply installation of the tanker

1. The main power switch of the tanker should be set indoors, and the switch insurance should be determined according to the current when the motor starts (about 6A). The power cable should be a two-core multi-strand copper core protection cable (2.5mm2 X 4) with good oil and corrosion resistance. When using a single-phase motor, the user's power cord should have a cross-sectional area of not less than 6 mm2.

Copper core sheathed wire, otherwise it may cause the motor to fail to start or the machine to burn out. Single stranded wires and aluminum core wires are prohibited.

2. The connection between the power distribution room and the tanker is buried in a casing to prevent the vehicle from breaking the wire. At the cable outlet penetrating from the base hole of the tanker, the oil-resistant elbow of the opening is provided to prevent the oil droplets from entering the steel pipe to corrode the cable, and the cable from the power distribution room to the dispenser is not allowed to have any joints to avoid occurrence. Fires endanger the safety of the petrol station.

3. The user's power cord should be connected to the explosion-proof junction box of the tanker. It should correspond to the three-phase power supply and grounding wire of the terminal box of the machine. After the cable is inserted into the box, the wire plug should be tightened. Be sure to clamp the cable to ensure the junction box. Explosion-proof performance. If the oil pump is not turning correctly, just swap any two of the A.B.C three phase lines.

4. The tanker should be provided with a separate ground wire. The resistance of the tanker to the ground should not exceed 4 ohms, the resistance of the oil gun to ground should be no more than 10 ohms; the copper cord with a grounding diameter of 4 mm2; length: from the grounding pole of the switchboard to The operation of the oil station system requires that the resistance between the grounding terminal of the system equipment and the grounding busbar is less than 1Ω, and the grounding resistance is less than 4Ω.

5, the fuel dispenser communication line should use a six-core shielded oil and gas sheathed stranded copper cable, each core diameter is ≧0.75mm2

6. The power cord of the fuel dispenser should be placed in the tube separately, and the separation distance should be no less than 200mm.
